Rajya Laxmi Yellajosyula

Rajya Laxmi Yellajosyula is a Senior AI Product Manager at Microsoft, where she leads agentic AI strategy for enterprise cloud platforms. She designs and deploys large-scale artificial intelligence systems using large language model orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and multi-agent architectures to enable decision intelligence at scale. She also leads forward deployment engineering initiatives, partnering with enterprise customers to transition AI solutions from pilot stages to production in complex real-world environments. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ernst & Young, leading fintech and data modernisation programmes.

Rajya is also actively engaged in community initiatives supporting diversity in technology. She is an advocate for women in STEM and has mentored students through organisations such as Global Mentorship Initiative, Girls in Tech, and AnitaB.org. She also runs a nonprofit organisation supporting the education of underprivileged girls in India and regularly contributes to AI community-building initiatives and professional knowledge sharing. Rajya holds a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and has a background in computer engineering.
