Your Roadmap to Spotlight: Ensuring a Valid and Impactful Submission

The Global Spotlight Awards celebrate the visionaries, disruptors, and leaders who are illuminating their industries on a world stage. To ensure the integrity and prestige of the awards, all entrants must adhere to the following guidelines.

Eligibility

Who Can Enter:

The Global Spotlight Awards are open to organisations and individuals worldwide, including large corporations, SMEs, start-ups, non-profits, public sector organisations, and individual professionals from all industries and sectors.

Timeframe:

Entries must represent work, achievements, projects, campaigns, leadership initiatives, or innovations that were implemented or delivered measurable impact within the last two years.

Multiple Entries:

Entrants may submit multiple entries across multiple categories, provided each submission meets the eligibility criteria for its respective category.

Authorisation & Permissions:

Entrants must be authorised to submit entries on behalf of their organisation. Agencies or third parties entering work for a client must obtain permission from the client before submission.

Original Work:

Entries must represent genuine and original work that has not been withdrawn from the market or involved in legal, ethical, or regulatory disputes.

Previous Entries:

Projects entered in previous years may be re-entered only if they include significant new developments, measurable results, or achievements since the previous submission.


Submission Rules

Entry Platform:

All submissions must be made through the official Global Spotlight Awards platform at: www.globalspotlightawards.com

Entry Format:

Entries must be submitted electronically in English through the online entry form. Supporting materials may be uploaded in PDF, Word, image, or video format where applicable.

Supporting Materials:

Entrants are encouraged to include supporting evidence such as:

  • Case studies
  • Testimonials
  • Reports
  • Images
  • Campaign visuals
  • Videos
  • Performance data

Entry Deadline:

All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 15 June 2026.

Entry Fees:

Single Award Entry: £280 + VAT
Ceremony Single Pass: £320

Multiple-entry and group rates may be available.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Payment:

Entries are not considered complete until payment has been processed. Unpaid or incomplete entries will not proceed to judging.

Media Finality:

All submitted materials must be final versions. Revisions or replacements cannot be accepted after the entry deadline.

Language:

All entries and supporting materials must be understandable in English.

Judging:

Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of international experts and industry professionals. Judging is conducted through a blind scoring process wherever possible. All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.


Confidentiality & Integrity

Confidentiality:

All judges are bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect the confidentiality of submitted materials. Sensitive information should be clearly marked as confidential within the submission.

Use of AI in Entries:

AI may be used responsibly for grammar correction, formatting, translation, or improving clarity. However, the ideas, strategy, achievements, and results presented must reflect genuine work carried out by the entrant.

Entries that appear heavily AI-generated without clear originality, substance, or supporting evidence may be marked down or disqualified.

Accuracy of Information:

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any award or recognition.

Reputation Protection:

The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that may bring the Global Spotlight Awards or its partners into disrepute.

Public Announcements:

Non-confidential information from shortlisted and winning entries may be used for promotional purposes, including press releases, social media, winner features, and the official website.

Entrants wishing to keep their participation confidential must notify the organisers before the shortlist announcement.


Agreement

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to abide by the official Terms and Conditions of the Global Spotlight Awards and acknowledge that the judges’ decisions are final and binding.
