Judging Criteria – The Judging Process
All entries submitted to the Global Spotlight Awards are reviewed by an independent panel of international judges selected for their professional expertise, leadership experience, and industry knowledge.
Judges are carefully matched to categories relevant to their area of expertise, while conflicts of interest are strictly avoided.
Each entry is reviewed and scored independently through the official judging platform.
Entries are scored out of 100 points based on:
- Quality of work
- Innovation and originality
- Strategic thinking
- Execution and delivery
- Measurable results and impact
- Overall effectiveness
Judges look for clear evidence, strong supporting materials, and well-structured entries that demonstrate meaningful impact and measurable success.
Blind scoring may be used wherever possible to help ensure fairness and impartiality.
All judges are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect confidential information and submitted materials.
All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
