Arun Vishwanathan

Arun Vishwanathan is a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test at Apple, specialising in test framework development for CoreML, Apple’s machine learning platform. With a strong focus on software quality and engineering excellence, he is passionate about advancing testing practices beyond execution to truly robust system validation.

Prior to Apple, Arun spent nearly seven years at MathWorks, where he designed automation tools, led company-wide qualification initiatives, and worked extensively across Java and C++ testing environments. His work has consistently focused on improving reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency in complex software systems.

In recent years, he has expanded his expertise into AI evaluation and multi-agent systems, completing certifications in Claude Code and AI Agent Development using platforms such as MindStudio Inc. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and contribution to the wider engineering community.

Arun brings a unique combination of deep industry testing experience and emerging AI expertise, and is eager to contribute his perspective to judging panels focused on innovation, quality, and future-facing technologies.
