Svitlana Samko is an experienced technology leader with over 18 years of success managing and leading innovative teams across complex technology environments. She specialises in developing strategic initiatives that foster product-centric cultures and agile delivery processes, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

She currently serves as Senior Technical Project Manager at Verizon Connect and as CEO of W2business IT Academy. In these roles, she has led initiatives focused on vehicle safety, fleet performance, and regulatory compliance, supporting the development of technologies that help fleet operators improve operational efficiency while reducing costs and risk.

Svitlana is also an active advocate for women in technology and STEM.
